WPP Confirms Plans for New Detroit Campus in Historic Marquette Building

Creative Agency Holding Company Expected to Bring Up to 1,000 Jobs to Downtown Location

Confirming one of the largest office leases signed in Detroit during the fourth quarter, London-based WPP plc said it has leased approximately 150,000 square feet in the vacant Marquette Building. The company said it plans to create an office campus and consolidate several of its creative agencies at the downtown location involving as many as 1,000 employees.
